Táimid ag glacadh páirt i Scéim Gaelbhratach i mbliana.
Aidhmeanna an scéim: Go mbeidh níos mó Gaeilge le cloisteáil & le feiceáil timpeall na scoile.Go spreagfar suim, bród agus tuiscint sa teanga.Go dtiocfaidh feabhas ar mhuinín na ndaltaí agus na múinteoirí araon.
Bronnadh ár gcéad Ghaelbhratach orainn i mí an Mheithoin 2026, tar éis dhá bhliain de rannpháirtíocht sa scéim.
Buaileann siad le Ms. Kenneally & Ms Bennis ag am lón, uair amháin sa tseachtain chun gníomhachtaí a éagrú.
Our School is taking part in Scéim Gaelbhratach. The aim of this scheme is to give children the confidence to speak Irish, to promote the use of Irish in the school environment and develop an overall interest and sense of pride in our native language.
We have set up a committee with pupils from 5th & 6th class who meet with Ms. Kenneally & Ms. Bennis on a weekly basis to organise activities, promote the use of Gaeilge in our school and help fulfil the necessary criteria to achieve an Ghaelbhratach.

The Gaelbhratach (Irish Flag) was awarded in June 2026. We will now begin work on achieving our 2nd flag in Sept 2026
